Last night I was lucky enough to see Charles Bradley and The Menahan Street Band at the Prince of Wales Bandroom. Had I died on my way home after the show, I would have died a happy man… If you’re in Sydney, Adelaide or Perth – you still have the opportunity to bare witness. Don’t sleep. UK-based SOUL and JAZZ singer BEN WESTBEECH is coming to town this Saturday. Come down to NORTHSIDE RECORDS for a beautiful spring day and hear some soul music to make you smile. He will be spinning some tunes and blessing the mic – serenading Fitzroy.
Ben will do his thang about 3pm. Ben has worked with such luminaries as JAZZANOVA, GILES PETERSON, HERITAGE ORCHESTRA, CLIPZ, KRAAC & SMAAK among others….
